Two rooms will be available May 15th, and the lease is for a full year. The townhouse is in Northridge Townhomes, which is walking distance to Medical. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE ABLE TO FILL BOTH ROOMS. Each room has it's own lease. The entire house is furnished except the bed rooms. We have a large garage complete with punching bag, stepper, and are considering adding more work-out equipment. We have a very nice sized house with lots of storage. We have a really nice view from the terrace and a cozy back porch. We're an end unit, so we kind of have a side yard. 2.5 baths. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED, including cable and internet. We have our own washer and dryer, so you wouldn't have to go to a laundry mat. We have a big kitchen with lots of counter space and lots of cupboards. Walking distance to medical PRT and stadium, which is GREAT for football season. I'll be 22 in May, I have two cats and I'm a female math major, and am very friendly. I'm pretty easy going and very rarely get upset. Small pets(50 lb or less) are allowed.
